Well the first time I took the SAM-e, I had had a really bad day the day before. I felt the "cloud" lift off my brain about 45 minutes after taking it and had 2 good days on just the one 400mg dose.
The 2nd time a few days later the effect was not a snoticable but I was not as depressed to start with.
The 3rd time about a week later, I didn't notice much of an effect.
I'm going to order the 200mg pills because I'm afraid that the 400mg could easily trigger hypomania.
Tomorrow I plan to take another 400mg dose.
