Ok my moods have improved and all but I still cant leave the bed easily. I do have to go to work so I just push myself but no matter how long have I slept for, I still yearn for more. Do you have any solutions or coping skills?

I'm right there with ya- geez I've been late for work for about a month by 15 minutes and they haven't said anything yet! I tried setting my alarm 30 minutes even earlier but i outsmart myself and say, 'no no you still have 30 minutes' :)

I have been depressed & sleeping way too much lately. I was extremely depressed this time last year which eventually led to my BP 1 dx. For that I am grateful BUT I wonder if its the bupropion they started me on OR maybe its the holidays ~ I hope this doesn't last either way bc it SUCKS.

ALL I want to do is sleep & isolate. I have some tools today to combat it. STILL the hardest thing to do is get up & get moving.

I hear you guys about wanting to sleep all the time. I can sleep for 2, 8, or 20 hours and feel the same...wanting to lay there and go back to sleep.
I've gotten to the point that I don't even "wake up" during the day. I'm groggy and running on 'E'.
Wish there was something I could do.
