Feb 11: 5pm(Fe10th) to 3 am..............8 hrs...........today

These past 7 revolutions around the sun = 4.5 circadian cycles

Maybe an interesting charting option for this site would be to chart sleep times, so as to keep track of circadian rhythm dysfunction.

Does anyone else have a dysfunctional circadian rhythm? It's quite infuriating, as I can't really keep a schedule very reliably.

Last year I had 60-80 hours of work per week to do for (theatre) school, no weekends without rehearsals and I had a nightmare nagivating my schedule with this wayward circadian rhythm. Even when my schedule was consistent (which was rare), I couldn't sleep in any consistent pattern. I remember during my show last year I showed up to the technical dress rehearsal without having slept for 24 hours. It was a 12 hour day (not including breaks), and I swear that by the end of that day I had 10 people standing around who wanted to strangle me... (Not in school now though, I couldn't handle it the way my symptoms are.)

I'm going to start to chart this in a spreadsheet over time.

Sorry - I just now read this post. My sleep schedule is similar to yours. Having better charting options for sleep would be really helpful. You can just look at my chart and see there's a problem with my sleep, but it doesn't explain well enough that I may go to bed at 7am one day, sleep until 3pm, then not go to sleep until the afternoon of the next day or something. =| It just looks like my sleep is jumping all around instead of reflecting that there actually is at least somewhat of a pattern. Just not a "normal" one. ;)
