You may have some type of sleep disorder. I only say this because I am going for a sleep study on Wednesday and have a questionnaire to fill out that asks about sleep states such as you are describing. (I think I may have sleep apnea and that is the reason for my test.) I too take a while to fall asleep. Is your sleep refreshing or do you wake up exhausted?

Hiya, sleep is not refreshing, a lot of the time I want to sleep on in the morning but other times lack of sleep doesn't bother me one bit. That feeling is just awful
