Hi everyone,

I'm currently in my 2nd year of college and I'm kind of stuck. I get "spurts" of Insomnia, but whenever that happens, the Insomnia seems worse b/c of the stress caused by school. I've been prescribed Trazodone and Ambien, and I was told to take them as needed. However, I haven't slept in days and I'm totally exhausted, but I can't sleep. I haven't taken my sleeping meds like I should b/c I'm afraid that I'll sleep through my alarm and miss my morning classes. And I go to bed kind of late b/c I study a lot at night.

Any ideas on what I should do?
