Ambien making sleep more erratic?

Is it possible that my sleep pattern has gotten weirder after they put me on Ambien?? I thought this was supposed to knock you out I slept for MAYBE three hrs last night after taking it. I go back to the doctor today any ideas?

I don't have an answer, but Ambien is a drug that you get used to and it is not effective if you take it long term. Ask to try Seroquel.

You are right Castillo that Ambien is a drug and this is not good to use it regularly because using any pill regularly may harmful for body.
