I don't have much free time to play games at all. But if I can, I choose mahjong solitaire because I can play and train my brain at the same time. I highly recommend you to try it! I advised to play mahjong solitaire to my friend who used to have attention problems and this game really helped him to be more attentive. I think you will love this game.
