I was diagnosed with Bi-Polar before I had PPD. I haven't had a manic episode for a really long time-long before I was pregnant. Now i'm moody and depressed all the time. Can anyone relate? Give me some advice or suggestions on what has worked for you?

Hi supermommy20, I suffered from PPD myself 10 years ago after I had my son.... I so remember how bad that was. I was not diagnosed with BP at the time and that is probably why it took me over a year to get through it.

Are you on any meds? If so were you able to take them while you were pregnant?

I am so sorry you are going through this.... because it is not fun at all. I would def. suggest seeing your pdoc if you have one that you see or at least your OB doc... they can refer you. I wish I could give more advice but I am not sure about your current meds ect.
