So after both my parents had a heart attack 20 days in between, then I got laid off from work, then my parents got a divorce 3 months after their heart problems, then I moved to NY leaving my whole family behind in a whole another country, then I met the man in my life whos emotionally abusive, had to endure his narcissistic back etc etc, next thing I know, I was trapped in this depression thing. Didnt know it was depression but I was seeking answers. I read every book possible and the doctor put me on zoloft and told me my problem is hidden anxiety mixed with borderline PDO. Well I read myself out of a depression.. Ive read a few dozens of books such as : When Panic Attacks and Feeling Good by David Burns. These are the best books ive read to treat me. I have been on Zoloft for almost 2 months and I am feeling great! Please read and test your negative thinking/thoughts. You can start reading When Panic Attacks RIGHT NOW if you want to stop the negative monologue inside of you and make sure your thinking is not distorted. This book is the best book ever to change your thinking FOR GOOD and for your own good. Thats how I have been feeling a lot better. I also take magnesium and calcium on a daily basis. magnesium does wonders! google magnesium and depression, you will be surprised. trust me, follow my lead and you will know.
