Well I have actually tried some new thing now to help me with my stress and moods. Sometimes it makes me feel better but sometimes it doesnt work as much. It really depends on what my level of mood is.
Anyways I have been trying to do some relaxing stretches and doing yoga. I have been also drinking so herbal tea and reading a book. It is a positive book no action or horror
the book is called The Perfect 10 Diet. I have also tried walking down my street and getting fresh air.
I just thought I would share some positive ideas of what I have tried and it really helped some.
