It's been almost a month since I've joined this site, you guys are great and I want to thank you all for your support.
I've been on my meds for two weeks and yesterday, was a Xanax free day. I did it. I made it a whole day with out panicking to the point where I needed it. I had panicky moments, but nothing like I've been having. I did it! A whole day!
I think it's a step in the right direction.

It's been almost a month since I've joined this site, you guys are great and I want to thank you all for your support.
