I had a moderate anxiety attack yesterday and when I popped 2 Buspar pills I felt much better within 20 minutes. I was chilled out, my kids could even tell. Thank God for Buspar. I take it only as needed.

05-25-2011 - Present:Cogentin, 1 mg.Night
09-17-2010 - Present:Geodon, 160 mg.Night

@ Teri - It's a combo med, I take it twice a day (scheduled) with Xanax as needed.

I did not find Buspar helpful at all. Maybe because I wasn't on a PRN schedule with it? I take Klonipin and Hydroxozine for anxiety. But I'm glad it's working for you :)

10-09-2011 - Present:clonazepam, .5mg.4 times daily
10-09-2011 - Present:clomipramine, 75 mg.1 daily
10-09-2011 - Present:carbamazepine, 200 mg.three times daily
10-09-2011 - Present:acetaminophen, 500 mg.4 times a day prn
10-09-2011 - Present:abilify, 15 mg.pm
10-09-2011 - Present:hydrocortizone cream 2.5%, 2.5%.twice daily
