I cannot explain how I feel so I've made a video that tries to show my mind working - this happens to me sometimes, not all the time, only when my anxiety or whatever goes sky high.

Does anyone else ever feel like this?

People probably get really tired of harping on it but I highly recommend everyone print out their mood chart when they see their psych doc. Once a month is all that is necessary but when you only go every 3 months or so it is a great tool. You can look at it and really see trends. I just had my 1st anniversary using MoodTracker and I feel so much more knowledgeable about my cycles and even though some of it was hard to realize I am much more equipped to tell my doctor how my cycles operate in order for her to help me decide the course of action to take, both med and therapywise.

I'm bipolar...and so am I!
