Is 2mg X3 daily of Clonazepam alot?

I been having somebad anxiety issues to where I couldn't even look for work or fill out a application.Also was restlessness and haveing hyperactivity from anxiety. I was taking 0.5X3daily of Clonazepam. Talked to Pdoc and we slowly moved my Clonazepam dose up and found Clonazepam at 2mgX3 daily hit the mark..Is 2mgX3daily alot? Anyone here take these dose. I can get by with twice aday sometimes.I feel fine and can fuction just fine and really doing more snice GAD/social anxiety isn't holding me back. I been talking better and more to my wife and son and they can see a huge change.One thing my wife said she noticed my eyes are alittle glozzy some.

| 06-13-2012 - Present: | Ceturm mens under 50 multivitaim, 1 daily. once daily |
| 06-13-2012 - Present: | claritin, 10mg. once daily if needed |

8 to 10 mg a day is normal. How tired does it make you feel? My anxiety was horribe about 5 years ago but I responded to a lower dose. The most I have had was about 4 mg a day. I am down to 1.5 just a night. However when things are going well I slowly reduce it, I have been down to just 0.5 mg, but I rarely stay there. For me I use to help me sleep and it helps with the anxiety the next day. I personally find at higher doses, my eyes are very glossy and I am very sleepy.

Thanks so I'am at pretty much a normal dose then for anxiety it was just a big jump from 0.5X3dailly to 2mgX3timesdily.But worth it!!!

That's the key. If you need if you need it. It has taken me some times to get used to some of the dosages I've hwd over the years. You can't look at a drug increase as a personal failure . Easy to say, hard to internalize. Stay with it.
