Does anyone else have both diagnoses? If so, how do you deal? Do you think that BPD mood swings enhance your BP episodes?
I have both diagnoses and I can't find anything that discusses how to deal with both of them together, so I was hoping that someone here would have experience and share how you handle both disorders, especially when you're having a BP episode. Thanks!!!
